The Opportunity Royal Freemasons is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager (CCM) to join our Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing in April 2026 to cover parental leave, with the contract running from an agreed start date until the permanent CCM returns. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while working closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and standards
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated clinical and care team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
- Ensure compassionate, safe, and high‑quality care for all residents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise care outcomes
Qualifications & Experience - Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical leadership or management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability
- Proven experience in clinical excellence and quality improvement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Sound understanding of aged care regulations and accreditation standards
