In this rewarding role, you’ll help deliver engaging, person‑centred activities that promote social connection, cognitive stimulation, independence, and overall wellbeing. Working alongside our multidisciplinary team, you’ll play an important part in ensuring residents feel supported, valued, and connected throughout their day. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning, preparing, and delivering daily lifestyle and wellbeing programs Encourage resident participation based on individual needs, preferences, and abilities Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Support residents to attend activities, appointments, and events within the home Maintain accurate documentation of participation and wellbeing outcomes Help create a welcoming, vibrant environment that fosters social connection Promote inclusion, cultural awareness, and meaningful engagement
About YouExperience in aged care, lifestyle, community services, or similar (advantageous) Warm, engaging communication style with a genuine passion for supporting older people Ability to motivate and assist residents in both group and one‑on‑one settings Strong organisational skills and confidence working independently and within a team Commitment to dignity, respect, choice, and person‑centred care Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Lifestyle (preferred)
