About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Food Services Assistants to join our friendly team at Centennial Lodge.

In this role, you will help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents by supporting meal preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and respect for each resident’s individual needs will help make every mealtime a positive and meaningful moment.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure dining rooms are tidy, well‑presented, and inviting
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, plating, and service in line with our Food Safety Program
• Deliver meals that meet each resident’s dietary and nutritional requirements
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during all meal services

Who You Are

• Experienced in hospitality, food services, or aged care (preferred but not essential)
• A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards of hygiene and safety
• Passionate about supporting older people

Key Requirements

• Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination (3 doses) and current Flu vaccination
• Food Handling Certificate
