Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1700 Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 0900-1700
Key Requirements - First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
- Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
- Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
- Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
- Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software
- Recruitment and HR administration assistance
Skills and Experience - Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- High level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office
- Excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking
- Has a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people
- Excellent personal presentation
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
