We are seeking Personal Care Assistants with warm and positive personalities to join Royal Freemasons. We have a variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle and the flexibility of permanent work across a 14-day roster. Royal Freemasons Personal Care Assistants encourage residents to live long and healthy lives. Your role entails providing a caring, compassionate and patient interaction with older people and can include personal care, hospitality and housekeeping support. You should be highly organised and self-motivated, someone who can manage their time and be flexible with their workloads.
We offer a great team to work with and a supportive working environment. Key Requirements - Certificate III or IV Individual Support/Disability or Nursing students
- Students studying aged care certificates please apply
- Good communication skills, computer and documentation skills
- Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Able to work in a team of dedicated staff
- Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices
- Covid-19 vaccine evidence (mandatory)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or happy to obtain one
