Royal Freemasons is inviting Expressions of Interest from current Registered Nurses (RNs) at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility who are interested in:

• Increasing their contracted hours, or
• Transitioning from casual to permanent part-time employment.

As we continue to align staffing to meet clinical and resident care requirements, additional rostered hours and permanent opportunities may become available across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular hours, further develop your clinical leadership skills, and continue providing exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.

About the Role
Our Registered Nurses play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of clinical care. You will work collaboratively with the care team, oversee resident wellbeing, and contribute to a positive and safe environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Support and guide care staff to ensure best practice and compliance with aged care standards.
• Monitor and manage residents’ health, including medication administration and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care outcomes.

Eligibility

• Current Royal Freemasons employee (casual or permanent).
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
