About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Administration Officer to join our dedicated team. In this frontline role, you will create a warm and professional experience for residents, clients, families, and visitors.

 

You will also provide key administrative and HR support to the Facility Manager, helping ensure smooth daily operations and upholding our commitment to quality care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Facility Manager with administrative and HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate personnel and resident records in line with privacy requirements.
  • Assist with rostering, timesheets, and staff communications.
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reception duties, including visitor sign‑in, mail, and deliveries.
  • Complete accurate data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Assist with invoice processing, documentation, and reporting.

Who We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or similar qualification – highly desirable).
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR/rostering systems (e.g., Humanforce).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.

Other Requirements

  • A valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both) is required.
  • Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and the annual Flu Vaccine are strongly encouraged; proof of Covid‑19 vaccination is required before commencement.
