Part-Time Opportunity | Caring, Values‑Driven Organisation | Progressive & Supportive Team The Opportunity As a Resident Wellbeing Assistant, you will help deliver engaging, person‑centred activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall wellbeing. Working three days a week, Monday to Wednesday, you’ll support residents to participate in meaningful programs that enhance independence, enjoyment, and quality of life. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring residents feel valued, connected, and supported throughout their day. Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering daily lifestyle and wellbeing activities
- Encourage resident participation based on individual needs, preferences, and abilities
- Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Support residents to attend activities, appointments, and events throughout the home
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and wellbeing outcomes
- Contribute to a welcoming, vibrant environment that promotes social connection
- Encourage inclusion, cultural awareness, and meaningful engagement
About You - Experience in aged care, lifestyle, community services, or similar (advantageous)
- A warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support residents in group and one‑on‑one activities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Commitment to dignity, respect, choice, and person‑centred care
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Lifestyle

Key Requirements - A valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both) is required
- Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and the annual Flu Vaccine are strongly encouraged; proof of Covid‑19 vaccination is required prior to commencement
