The Opportunity

Royal Freemasons is seeking experienced and motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join the clinical team at our Springtime Residential Aged Care Facility. In this role, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver safe, person‑centred, and high‑quality care that supports residents’ dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care under RN supervision

• Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation

• Contribute to individualised care planning and evaluation

• Deliver care aligned with best‑practice clinical standards

• Support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for residents

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

• Experience with high‑care and dementia residents

• Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments

• Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• COVID‑19 vaccination (3 doses) and flu vaccination encouraged
