Administration Officer - Community Aged Care

$65,000 p.a. (pro rata, 4 days/week) + salary packaging | Hybrid work available | Free onsite parking

 

Join a respected, long‑standing Not‑for‑Profit provider and help older people live well at home. Royal Freemasons is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to support our Home Care team and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

 

The Opportunity

 

The role is a 4‑day‑per‑week Administration Officer position supporting the Community Services and Home Care teams. Based at the Moubray Street Melbourne office with optional work‑from‑home flexibility, the role focuses on delivering strong administrative support to ensure high‑quality service for Home Care clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and families
  • Liaise with care staff and external providers
  • Manage general administration including invoicing and mailouts
  • Assist with rostering to meet client needs and preferences
  • Represent Royal Freemasons as a trusted provider of choice

Essential skills and Experience 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude
  • Confident computer user who learns new systems quickly
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Certificate in Community Aged Care (or similar)
  • Experience with client management/rostering systems (e.g., eCase PHC)
  • Understanding of Community Aged Care
