About the Opportunity

We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide respectful, high‑quality care to clients across the community. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping older people maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle

• Provide domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication prompting)

• Escort clients to shopping, appointments and social activities

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

• Full Victorian driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicle

• Availability for at least 3 days per week

• Recent experience in community or residential aged care

• Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practices

• Confidence using mobile devices and completing documentation

• Excellent attention to detail, honesty and reliability

• Warm, supportive communication that builds trust and promotes independence

• COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
