About the Opportunity

We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers who bring kindness, respect and high‑quality care to every interaction. In this role, you’ll empower older people to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing. 

What You’ll Do

• Travel independently within the community using your own vehicle

• Provide domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and general household tasks

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and medication prompting

• Accompany clients to shopping, appointments and social activities

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

• Full Victorian driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle

• Availability for at least three days per week

• Recent experience in community or residential aged care

• Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practices

• Confidence using mobile devices and completing documentation

• Excellent attention to detail, honesty and reliability

• A warm, supportive approach that builds trust and encourages independence

• COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
