Key Responsibilities - Delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Leading and mentoring Personal Care Assistants
- Completing assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Administering medications and treatments in line with legislation and policy
- Monitoring resident health and responding promptly to changes
- Working closely with families, GPs, allied health, and internal clinical teams
- Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Helping create a calm, respectful, resident‑focused environment
About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Strong clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills Confidence supervising and supporting care staff Excellent communication and documentation skills A positive, flexible, resident‑centred approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Key Requirements Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination (3 doses) Flu vaccination encouraged
