Your Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence‑based nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants Complete assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation and organisational policy Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes Work closely with families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives Foster a calm, respectful, resident‑centred environment
Qualifications and Experience Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Strong clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills Confident in supervising and supporting care staff Excellent communication and documentation abilities Positive, flexible, resident‑centred approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Other Key Requirements Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination (3 doses) Flu vaccination encouraged
