The Opportunity

We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (Grade 4/5) to join our team on a part‑time night‑shift roster (10pm–7.15am).

Your fortnightly roster will include:

• Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday

• Week 2: Monday & Wednesday

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver high‑quality clinical care in a calm, values‑driven environment where residents feel safe, supported, and respected.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards

• Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants

• Complete assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently

• Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation and policy

• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes

• Collaborate with families, GPs, allied health, and internal clinical teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

• Help maintain a peaceful, resident‑centred environment overnight

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded)

• Strong clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills

• Confident supervising and supporting care staff

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• A positive, flexible, resident‑centred approach

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

• Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination (3 doses)

• Flu vaccination encouraged
