The Opportunity Royal Freemasons is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager (CCM) to join our Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing April 2026. This role provides essential leadership coverage during a parental leave period, with the contract concluding upon the permanent CCM’s return. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to support exceptional care outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and standards
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Lead, mentor, and support a committed clinical and care team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
- Ensure compassionate, safe, and high‑quality care for all residents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident outcomes
Qualifications & Experience - Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical leadership or management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Solid understanding of aged care regulations and accreditation standards
