About the Role

Royal Freemasons is seeking dedicated and empathetic Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Centennial Lodge Residential Aged Care in Melbourne. We are specifically recruiting for afternoon shifts, offering consistent part‑time opportunities for the right candidates.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide high‑quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in accordance with resident care plans
• Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and daily activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Follow care and infection‑control procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Maintain accurate and timely document7ation
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
• A compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk
• Availability to work afternoon shifts, including weekends

Key Requirements

• Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Proof of Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses)
• Annual Flu Vaccine encouraged
