About the Role

We’re seeking dedicated Housekeeping staff to join our team at Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility. In this essential role, you will:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across resident rooms, communal areas, and shared spaces
• Support a warm, respectful, and homelike environment
• Engage with residents, including those living with dementia, illness, or disability
• Contribute to the overall comfort and wellbeing of our community

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning (highly desirable)
• A positive attitude and genuine empathy for older people
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
• COVID‑19 and annual Influenza vaccinations encouraged
