The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our facility. In this frontline role, you’ll ensure residents, families, clients, and visitors feel supported from the moment they arrive. You’ll also play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing essential administrative and HR support to the Facility Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer service — Create a warm, professional experience for residents, families, and visitors. Administrative & HR support — Assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general admin. Record management — Maintain accurate and confidential personnel and resident files. Rostering & timesheets — Support staff scheduling and internal communications. Reception duties — Manage phones, emails, visitor sign‑ins, mail, and deliveries. Data entry & reporting — Complete documentation, filing, invoice processing, and reporting tasks.
About You Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or similar) — highly regarded Experience in administration, ideally in aged care, healthcare, or community services Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HR/rostering systems (e.g., Humanforce) Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
