We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.

Working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams
• Contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiatives
• Foster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising and supporting care staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A compassionate, flexible, and resident-focused approach
• A commitment to quality care, safety, and continuous improvements

Key Requirements:

• Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination in line with current requirements and influenza vaccinations are highly encouraged
