The Opportunity

 

Royal Freemasons Centennial Lodge is currently recruiting two to three passionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to become valued members of our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Week 1

  • Monday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Wednesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Thursday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Friday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

Week 2

  • Monday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Wednesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Thursday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Friday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident.

 

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience working in aged care including experience using ECase
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 to 3 shifts as outlined in the roster requirements
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently undertaking further nursing studies and can commit to the required roster

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needs
  • Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policies
  • Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systems
  • Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered Nurse
  • Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans
  • Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelines
  • Promote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environment
  • Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
