The Opportunity

Royal Freemasons is seeking dedicated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our clinical team at Elizabeth Gardens. We currently have part‑time vacancies for Friday and Sunday night shifts, offering stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact every week.

You’ll work closely with experienced Registered Nurses, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that upholds the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of our residents.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on, resident‑focused care under RN supervision

• Assist with assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Contribute to personalised care planning and ongoing evaluation

• Deliver care aligned with best‑practice clinical and aged care standards

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

Key Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

• Experience supporting high‑care and dementia residents

• Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments

• Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations encouraged
