Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part-time or casual basis.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
• Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
• Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or health services (preferred).
• A compassionate, patient, resident‑focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of person‑centred care and dignity of risk.
• Availability for afternoon and morning shifts.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Proof of Covid‑19 vaccination (three doses) and Annual Flu Vaccine are highly encouraged
