The Opportunity

 

Royal Freemasons is looking for dedicated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our clinical team at Elizabeth Gardens. 

 

Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that protects the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that values empathy, teamwork, and exceptional care.

 

We are looking for an someone who can work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 7-3pm on a fortnightly basis. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents and their families.
  • Provide assistance with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, bed making, and meals.
  • Complete care documentation, clinical charting, and shift worklogs accurately.
  • Ensure care is delivered safely, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with Aged Care
  • Quality Standards and OH&S requirements.
  • Report incidents, hazards, and resident feedback as required.
  • Participate in meetings, audits, and accreditation activities.

Who We Are Looking For: 

  • Minimum 6 months experience as Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Aged Care.
  • Ability to identity, resolve and manage problems and conflicts effectively.
  • Computer Literacy in- E-case, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Standards.
  • Experience working with residents with dementia.

Key Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Experience supporting high‑care and dementia residents.
  • Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments.
  • Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • COVID‑19 and flu vaccinations encouraged.
